If you’ve been watching the national party conventions the past two weeks, you’ve seen that there’s been a lot of talk about what’s on the ballot this November. What values are hidden behind the names on the ballot. Both sides vilifying the other in every conceivable way, the majority of which are completely false. I’m sure you all feel the same way I do: when will we get back to governing and get away from insulting each other? I’m not here to insult people. I’m here to work for you and with every member of the Senate. I can only tell you my values and hope they appeal to you. I can’t tell you what’s on the ballot this election, and neither can anyone else. You have to decide for yourself.
